When we use "kein" und "nicht"????
Kein
Kein is used to negate nouns that are not accompanied by an article.
Example : Sie finden kein buch hier.
Kein is also used to negate a noun preceded by ein/eine/einen.
Example : Ist das ein buch??Nein,Das ist kein buch.
or
Nicht
Nicht is used to negate a noun that accompanied by a definite article.
Example : Das ist dein buch? Nein,das ist nicht mein buch.
Nicht is also used to negate entire thoughts, verbs, adjectives, and elements of the sentence other than nouns
Example : Verstehst du?Nein, ich verstehe nicht.
